Everything you need to know to slice, combo, and dominate — from your very first swipe to expert-level techniques.
Follow these steps to get up and running in under two minutes.
Click the Play Now button from the homepage or navigation bar. Ninja Veggie Slice loads directly in your browser — no plug-ins, no account, no waiting. The game is ready the moment the page finishes loading.
Vegetables fly upward from the bottom of the screen. Your goal is to slice as many as possible before they fall back down. Each missed vegetable costs you a life — lose all three and the run ends.
Click and drag your mouse (or swipe with your finger on touch devices) in a quick, fluid motion across a vegetable to slice it. The faster and more decisive your swipe, the cleaner the cut — and the better it feels.
When multiple vegetables are airborne simultaneously, try to draw a single swipe through all of them. Slicing two or more veggies in one stroke triggers a combo multiplier that dramatically amplifies your score for those cuts.
Black bombs appear mixed in with the vegetables. A single swipe across a bomb ends your game instantly, regardless of your score or remaining lives. Learn to spot them early — they have a distinct shape and a short fuse animation.
As your score grows, vegetables spawn faster and bombs become more frequent. Stay calm, keep your swipes controlled, and focus on safe slices over risky mega-combos when things get hectic.

Fast diagonal swipes create longer blade trails for better combos
Tactics used by high-score chasers to squeeze every point from their runs.
Diagonal swipes cover more vertical area than horizontal ones, letting you intercept multiple vegetables rising at different heights in a single stroke.
Vegetables always launch from the bottom edge. Keeping your eyes low gives you a fraction more reaction time to plan your swipe path before they reach mid-screen.
Panicked, sloppy swipes are the number-one reason players hit bombs. When the screen fills up, slow your movements slightly and be deliberate about your blade path.
Golden vegetables award bonus points. When you spot one, adjust your swipe path to include it even if it means missing a nearby regular vegetable.
After landing a big combo, take a brief pause to re-assess the screen before your next swipe. Rushing straight into another stroke is how most combo streaks accidentally end on a bomb.
Ten focused five-minute sessions will improve your score more than one exhausted hour-long grind. Short bursts keep your reflexes sharp and your concentration high.
